Donald J. Riggin is a risk management and insurance consultant with
Schiff, Kreidler-Shell, Inc. (SKS) in Cincinnati, Ohio. He created,
edits, and writes Financing Risk & Reinsurance (FRR), a monthly
journal devoted to enterprise risk management, insurance-linked
securitization, and the convergence of the insurance and capital
markets published by International Risk Management Institute, Inc. (IRMI).
Riggin was also principal author and editor of IRMI's Risk Financing,
a two-volume reference service. Riggin's consulting practice includes
the analysis, formation, and operation of alternative risk financing
structures, including captives. He frequently writes on risk
financing issues for various insurance and risk management
publications and speaks at a variety of industry functions, including
the annuals RIMS conference.

Tools & Techniques of Divorce Planning
Carol Lee Roberts, CFP®
is Managing Director of Examinations and Education for the Certified
Financial Planner Board of Standards, Inc.
Ms. Roberts’ professional background encompasses
both the practice of financial planning and the administration of
financial planning education programs. After working at Merrill
Lynch for more than 16 years in a variety of capacities, Ms. Roberts
served for six years at DePaul University, where she acted as
Program Manager of its Financial Planning Certificate Program and a
Director of DePaul’s Office of Continuing and Professional
Education. At DePaul, she helped develop the Financial Planning
Certificate program into one of the most successful programs offered
through the university’s Office of Continuing and Professional
Education, for which she also supervised marketing, new program
development, corporate sales and web services for all continuing and
professional education programs.
In her role with the CFP®
Board, Ms. Roberts directs the examination and education components
of CFP® certification, which is accredited by the
National Commission for Certifying Agencies. She provides oversight
to CFP Board's development of the rigorous CFP®
Certification Examination and to the development and support of the
more than 300 financial planning education programs in the United
States that have registered with the CFP Board to prepare financial
planners for CFP® certification.
Ms. Roberts is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional who has
been an active member of the professional financial planning
community, including involvement with the Financial Planning
Association of Illinois, where she served as its Director of
Programming, and with CFP Board, for whom she has provided frequent
support, including serving on the Education Task Force, the CFP
Board assembled in 2006. She is also a Certified Financial Divorce
Practitioner®
and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Administration from Augustana
College in Rock Island, Illinois and a Master of Arts in Applied
Professional Studies with a focus in Financial Planning from DePaul.

of Investment Planning
Thomas R. Robinson, Ph.D., CPA, CFP, CFA is an Associate Professor of
Accounting at the University of Miami where he primarily teaches
Financial Statement Analysis. Professor Robinson received his B.A. in
Economics from the University of Pennsylvania and Master of
Accountancy from Case Western Reserve University. He practiced public
accounting for ten years prior to earning his Ph.D. in Accounting with
a minor in Finance from Case Western Reserve University.
Professor Robinson has won several teaching awards, including
Outstanding Educator from the Florida Institute of CPAs, and has
published regularly in academic and professional journals. He is also
a co-author of Analysis of Equity Investments: Valuation, published by
the Association for Investment Management and Research and Financial
Statement Analysis: A Global Perspective, published by Prentice Hall.
He has served as a consultant on financial statement analysis and
valuation issues for investment management firms, law firms,
accounting firms and governmental agencies.
Professor Robinson is active locally and nationally with the
Association for Investment Management and Research (AIMR) and has
served on several committees including AIMR's Financial Accounting
Policy Committee and the Council of Examiners. He is past president
and a current board member of the Miami Society of Financial Analysts.

of Estate Planning
Morey S. Rosenbloom is a partner in the Philadelphia law firm of
Blank, Rome, Comisky & McCauley and serves as chairman of the Tax and
Fiduciary Department. Mr. Rosenbloom was formerly a principal in CMS
Companies, a Philadelphia based merchant banking firm. He graduated
from Temple University School of Law and served as a legal assistant
to the then Chief Justice, John C. Bell, of the Supreme Court of the
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
Mr. Rosenbloom is an adjunct professor of law at the Law School at
Temple University and has been an instructor of the American College
Advanced Estate Planning Course. He has served as the Chairman of the
Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section of the Pennsylvania Bar
Association. Mr. Rosenbloom is a fellow of the American College of
Trust and Estate Counsel and recent recipient of the ``Distinguished
Service Award'' given by the Philadelphia Planning Council.
He has lectured at numerous seminars on the topic of estate and
business planning to various legal, banking, insurance and estate
planning groups throughout the country.
Mr. Rosenbloom has co-authored many publications and articles,
including Practical Will Drafting, Computing The Federal Estate Tax,
The Wait and See Buy-Sell, and Funding Corporate Buy-Sell Agreements
With Life Insurance.

Martin Satinsky

Tools & Techniques of Income Tax Planning
Martin Satinsky has been providing tax and financial planning services
to individuals and businesses for thirty years. He has worked with
regional and international accounting firms, including seven years as
a tax partner with Coopers & Lybrand. In his current practice, as a
Member of Isdaner & Company, LLC, Mr. Satinsky specializes in Tax
Consulting and Litigation Support Services. He is also Managing Member
of Independent Financial Advisory Services, LLC., a fee based personal
financial planning firm. An accomplished author on personal financial
matters, he has co-authored many books on income and estate taxes and
personal financial planning, including the Accountant’s Guide to
Employee Benefit Plans. A frequent lecturer, Mr. Satinsky has also
been an instructor at the American College, Temple University Law
School, Georgetown University Law School, Syracuse University Law
School, Villanova University Law School, Philadelphia University and
the University of Pennsylvania.
Mr. Satinsky is a graduate of the Pennsylvania State University and
the Law School of the University of Pennsylvania. He received his
Master of Law degree in Taxation from Temple University Law School.
Mr. Satinsky is a Certified PublicAccountant in Pennsylvania and has
been admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar. He is a member of the American
Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the Pennsylvania
Institute of Certified Public Accountants, as well as the American,
Pennsylvania and Philadelphia Bar Associations. He has served as an
officer of the Philadelphia Estate Planning Council and also as a
member of the AICPA Personal Financial Planning Executive Committee
and the PICPA Personal Financial Planning Committee. Mr. Satinsky was
honored by the Philadelphia Estate Planning Counsel as the
Distinguished Estate Planner in 2000.
Mr. Satinsky has conducted seminars on life insurance issues for the
Pennsylvania Bar Institute, the AICPA and PICPA, and NAPFA. He is also
a co-developer of the Dynamic Insurance Solutions Software. Mr.
Satinsky has served as Chairman of the Board of the Jewish Community
Centers of Greater Philadelphia and Treasurer of the Philadelphia Bar
Education Center, and is currently the Treasurer of Hillel of Greater
Philadelphia. He has been active with the Federation of Jewish
Agencies in Philadelphia and Washington, D.C. and was elected Vice
President of the Syracuse Jewish Federation. He is currently on the

Mr. Yang is a tax attorney and certified public accountant

Mr. Yang is Of Counsel to the law firm of Klett, Rooney, Lieber &
Schorling, PC, where he assists clients in solving complex tax issues
in areas such as estate planning for individuals and owners of closely
held businesses, working with executives, business owners, and other
types of individuals to aid them in minimizing income and estate taxes
and planning for retirement, deferred compensation, passing assets to
