Return Policy

  2. On and off campus bookstores ordering with NUCO will be given a return authorization at any time within 60 days of the invoice date for merchandise which is new, unused, current edition and in salable condition. No returns for custom products, opened software or electronic publications. No returns on materials with store labels, marks or stamps attached. Customer is responsible for freight in on returns.
  3. Returns are subject to inspection and verification on receipt by NUCO. Returns will be credited against the customer’s account minus the original shipping charge, unless it is a NUCO error in shipment. The credit will be against the original invoice price to the customer where the returns can be identified to a specific invoice. Returns not identified to a specific invoice will be credited at the lowest price invoice to the customer in the prior twelve months. Credits will be applied first to outstanding account balances. No credit is allowed if records do not show supporting orders by the party claiming the credit.
  4. Customer request for returns not meeting the above criteria must be referred by Customer Service to Accounting (Accounts Receivable Manger) for approval of any variation.
  5. Software and video products are non-returnable once the seal is broken.
  6. Please return all shipments with a copy of the invoice and reason for return to the following address by a traceable shipping method.
